Terms & Conditions

By booking with Escape Estates, you agree to the following:

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• A security deposit may be required and will be refunded within a specified number of days after checkout, pending property inspection.
• Guests are responsible for any damage to the property beyond normal wear and tear.
• Maximum occupancy limits for each property must be respected.
• Escape Estates acts as a booking and concierge agent. Properties are owned and maintained by independent homeowners, and Escape Estates is not the property owner of record.
• Concierge add-on services (private chef, transfers, baby equipment rental, and similar services) are arranged through independent third-party vendors. Escape Estates charges a separate coordination fee for arranging these services; the cost of the service itself is paid to the vendor. Escape Estates is not responsible for the quality, safety, or performance of third-party vendor services, though vendors are selected with care.
• Guests must comply with all local laws and property-specific house rules provided at booking.
