Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change. Our standard cancellation terms are as follows:

• Cancellations made 60+ days before check-in: full refund, minus a 15% service fee
• Cancellations made 30–59 days before check-in: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 30 days before check-in: non-refundable

Concierge services (private chef, transfers, BabyQuip setup, and other add-ons) booked separately from your villa rental follow the cancellation terms of the individual vendor providing that service. Our coordination fee for arranging these services is non-refundable once the service has been booked on your behalf.

We recommend travel insurance for all bookings. Peak-season and holiday bookings may carry different terms, which will be disclosed at the time of booking. For questions about a specific reservation, contact your concierge directly.
